TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these terms carefully before engaging Black Anchor for any services. By using our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Black Anchor website and all services provided by Black Anchor. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Black Anchor provides web design, web development, SEO, PPC advertising management, content marketing, social media marketing, and conversion rate optimization services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for your project will be outlined in a separate written proposal or statement of work (“SOW”).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business and goals
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and access to necessary materials and accounts
- Ensure all content and materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed
- Pay all invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion prior to final delivery
- Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
- Ongoing retainer services are billed monthly in advance
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Black Anchor to charge the agreed fees to your nominated payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use this material solely to deliver the agreed services.
Our work product: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you.
Portfolio rights: Unless requested otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
7. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number of revision rounds included in your project will be specified in your SOW. Requests outside the agreed scope will be treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, WordPress). You are responsible for the costs of these platforms unless explicitly included in your agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Black Anchor’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue. Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice
- You will be invoiced for all work completed to the termination date
- We will provide completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Black Anchor operates.
